Specialised Structures can design and build sheds in almost any size, shape, or design and can customise the size of the bay, door width, and building height. Our implement sheds can have a clear span of over 25 metres, which allows for the storage of large vehicles, machinery, and boats.
We build sheds of all shapes, sizes, and designs to meet your domestic, commercial, or industrial needs. Simply tell us what features you want in your structure, and we take care of the rest. We work closely with you to make sure your shed is built exactly to your requirements, and we offer site-specific engineering that’s fit for local conditions.
We primarily use cold-rolled steel, structural steel, and concrete tilt panels to build our sheds and industrial buildings. We also use roller and personal access (PA) doors, and internal steel framing.
You will need building consent from your local council before doing almost any building work. There are a few exemptions and you can apply yourself, but your application has to comply with the Building Code and you must provide all the necessary documentation. Specialised Structures are happy to get building consent on your behalf and we have experience in what’s required!
